Parish of St James, Mahone Bay -

What's Going On?

Announcements - St. James

“After two years of study, Ashley Slauenwhite has graduated with a Diploma in Theological studies from the Atlantic School of Theology. It covered topics such as pastoral care, Christian Theology, Hebrew Scriptures and the New Testament. Also, how to practise “practical theology”, and how to make Christian theology accessible and relatable in modern terms and themes.  A highlight of one class was writing a paper on God and Star Wars: What is the Force?, as well as writing from the point of view of the paralyzed man in the Gospel of Mark (Mark 2:1-12) in another class. Congratulations, Ashley.
